Taylar Sneed
My name is Taylar. I am the CEO and creator of CPR nurse & essentials. I received my associate degree in arts and science from Kilgore College and my BSN degree (Bachelor of Science in nursing) from UT Tyler. I am currently a Registered Nurse. I have had the pleasure of being in the healthcare field for 12 years; my healthcare background throughout these years has consisted of home health care, assisted living, clinics, and hospital experience. My specialty and most of my experience is maternal child (mother/baby, pediatrics and OB/GYN). While working in the healthcare field observing resuscitations and going through nursing school I was inspired to do more and start my CPR and essentials business. Alongside aspiring to be an entrepreneur. I have been a CPR instructor for 9 years, and absolutely LOVE what I do.
I am a certified CPR instructor through the American Heart Association all 2020 guidelines are taught through AHA. CPR nurse & essentials offers classes for healthcare providers BLS, AED, Heart-Saver, and first-aid training. The CPR courses involve lecture and practice on manikins and management of foreign-body airway obstruction for adults, children, and infants. Our Perstans manikins have built in feedback devices to ensure that our students are giving adequate compression depth and rate along with adequate breaths. Certification cards are issued immediately after class and are renewed every 2 years. CPR nurse & essentials also offers a line of medical essentials for individuals working in the healthcare field and inspired for nursing/medical students needing essentials going through a program.

Hello my name is Valenitta. I am the Manager and an instructor of CPR nurse & essentials. I have been in the healthcare field for over 25 years. My background is CPR instructor through Red cross and now American Heart Association since 2001. I was an assistant program director for a daycare for 6 years and then merged into working with individuals with intellectual disabilities as a case manager/ billing, within my own business which I started in 2006. My primary career is medical billing and coding, case management, along with teaching CPR and a certified notary. Additional with Mortgage lending in the Dallas area for 15 years. My heart is within this company and looking forward to helping you learn to save lives!!

What sets our training apart is we are licensed, skilled, and experienced in educating medical professionals and the public whether that be parents, foster parents, grandparents, schools, and daycare workers. Our team doesn’t just go through the CPR training material; we teach from hands on manikin training with built-in feedback devices to additional techniques in an enjoyable, exciting, interactive, and personalized manner to meet the students exceptional training needs. Practicing hands-on skills will prepare students by helping them gain knowledge on how to properly use CPR skills. We are more than just CPR! We take pride in our efforts with educating our students in a way that is retainable and relevant to real life situations and work hard to be the best!
